Walking Paths
Walking is a simple form of movement that you can do anytime or anywhere to help you stay active. We have created a community map that highlights areas around the Tamaya Wellness Center that can be used to help you stay healthy, get to know the surroundings, and even help the environment. The walking paths can be completed once, or multiple times depending on your ability level. Remember to wear comfortable proper shoes, stay hydrated, and watch your surroundings!
